This error was caused by a bug in an OpenAI software that exposed some users’ chat titles to other users. OpenAI shut down ChatGPT on Monday to fix the bug, but the chat history feature is still not restored as of March 21, 2023.

Unfortunately, there is no easy solution at the moment. You will have to wait until OpenAI restores the chat history feature on its end.

According to a spokesperson from OpenAI, they are working hard to bring back the chat history as soon as possible. However, they have not given a specific timeline for when this will happen.
